New Player
Our new Source Tunes Server player is in its final development stage and should be ready to roll out in a few weeks. Here are just some of the new features.
-Web interface for customization (logo,stations,mp3s,stats)-
-Larger Space for Clan Logo w/ new easy upload interface-
-Add your own stations-
-Add your own MP3's (Add links to them from Web Interface)-
-You get stats on your player usage-
-Top Stations played stats-
-New Carbon Fiber Look-
-Custom colors (Red,Green,Blue,Orange,Grey,Yellow and more)-


Beta testing will begin soon!!!!

that's great news!
Unfortunately I'll have to wait before switching to the new player since it seems to lack the ability to immediately start streaming

With the old player you could do something like
http://www.sourcetunes.com/players/server_player/play.php?id=YourID&chan=classicrock
and as soon as the page loaded you could heard the music.

With the new one, no matter which parameters you send to
http://www.sourcetunes.com/multiplayer/go.php?uid=YourUID
it seems to ignore them and will always ask the user to select a station.

I'm using a sourcemod plugin that lists a bunch of stations via the in-game menu and so it's important that as soon as the user selects a station via the plugin, music starts streaming.

Am I missing something or is this feature scheduled for a later release?

Sorry have not had the time to look into this yet. Since the new player use's php sessions to display the page content it will take some tweaking, i will look into this as soon as possible and have instructions posted right after.
